Occasionally, a door gets damaged in our warehouse or during delivery.  The damage may consist of a scratch, a dent, chipped paint or some other minor imperfection.  We sell these doors at a considerable discount on an "as is" basis to the do-it-yourself homeowner or contractor.  We do not install these doors -- you must pick them up from our warehouse or we can deliver them for a nominal charge within the Chicagoland area.
