Forest put up up my garage door years ago. Yesterday the door was acting weird when it didn’t go up. So I unhooked it and manually brought it down. This morning it didn’t go up at all. It was stuck. So I called and talked to a dispatcher who told me that a repair person would be to me between noon and two. Repair person arrived by one and got right to work. It’s fixed! And after all his work fixing the cable and putting it back where it belonged. Awesome that the company didn’t try to upsell or fake the cable and spring needing replacement.
